Sechelt Sandcastle Competition was held at the Davis Bay Beach on July 14, 2019. This walking tour is a short 360° recording of my beach walk during the event.
The Davis Bay Sandcastle Competition was an event by the Sunshine Coast Lions Club Sechelt. This fun family event was a competition between teams which paid $10 registration fee. Each of these teams had a 10′ x 10′ quadrant to build their sculpture on using only natural materials found on the beach. Judging criteria included originality, difficulty, execution, use of space and the wow factor.
